Simply Book An Appointment to speak directly to the designer to discuss your idea or fill out a Custom Order Enquiry Form if you prefer to communicate via email. In our initial consultation, we will discuss stones, metals, budget, and timeframes.

Through photos and videos, we will provide a choice of 1-3 ethically sourced gemstones to suit your budget. Each stone will come with a quote and a 50% deposit will be requested to initiate the order and secure your chosen gem.

A hand drawn technical sketch will be developed to reflect your idea. Upon approval, your design is then hand-carved in wax or rendered in 3D CAD. You will be shown photos of the wax model or render to allow for any final adjustments before commencing with production.

Your design is brought to life and either cast or handmade in your choice of metal, typically 14ct gold, 18ct gold or platinum. Your piece is then polished, finished and stones set by hand.

You will receive photos and videos of the finished piece and delivery arrangements can be made - either secure postage or if you're local to Lennox Head, hand delivered.

Custom engagement ring orders will receive a traditional gouache rendering of your design, especially hand-painted by the designer. A time-honoured tradition, the hand-rendered gouache painting will preserve your design in watercolour to reveal impressionistic detail and depth.
