Through photos and videos, we will provide a choice of 1-3 ethically sourced gemstones to suit your budget. Each stone will come with a quote and a 50% deposit will be requested to initiate the order and secure your chosen gem.

Depending on the design, a hand drawn technical sketch, CAD render or wax carving will be developed to reflect your idea. You will be shown photos of the design to allow for any final adjustments before commencing with production.

Your design is brought to life and either cast or handmade in your choice of metal, typically 18ct gold or platinum. Your piece is then polished, finished and stones set by hand.

You will receive photos and videos of the finished piece and secure delivery arrangements can be made.

Custom engagement ring orders will receive a traditional gouache rendering of your design, especially hand-painted by the designer. A time-honoured tradition, the hand-rendered gouache painting will preserve your design in watercolour to reveal impressionistic detail and depth.
